    can somebody please explain the mechanics of Regigigas' Slow Start? I know attack and speed are halved but I need more in depth info. For example is "halved" the same as having your Attack and Speed harshly fall? I thought baton passing a Rock Polish + Swords dance would cancel out the Slow...
