Toxicroak from B- to C+ Toxicroak is honestly so underwhelming this gen. Waters are more offensive, with the additions of Keldeo, Primarina, and Volcanion. Though it is admittedly a good check to Keldeo, it gets blasted by the secondary stabs of the others two. In fact, it fails to even beat...
