This is probably a dumb question, but why are stat boosting moves so rare in doubles? If I try to use stat boosting moves, what common threats would easily check me?

Does this mean mold breaker can't stop Cherrim from changing form in gen 4?

If the weather is sunny, and a Pokemon with mold breaker uses whirlwind or roar and forces in a Cherrim with flower gift, would the flower gift change the user's form or boost stats? Or would both of the effects get ignored? Is the answer different for different generations?

I forgot to ask earlier, but does this interaction work only with the ruin abilities? Other entry abilities like intimidate or drizzle will still activate if a mold breaker Pokemon uses whirlwind to force them in, right?

This applies to all 4 ruin abilities, right? Not just the defensive ones?

I know nothing about gen 9 OU, I just wanted to say I never expected to see Touhou music on Smogon.

I don't have exact numbers, but I feel like analyses in the past 2 generations are getting written slower than before.

What are some of the biggest threats in Reg H and Reg J and how do people check them? I think it's probably something like Incineroar or Gholdengo for Reg H and ice Calyrex or Miraidon for Reg J.

When a Pokemon uses a multi-target move and there's only one other Pokemon, the damage isn't reduced, right? What if there are only 2 other Pokemon and one of them avoids the move with telepathy?

What if you remove the blanket ban on the steel type and instead ban individual steel Pokemon that everyone is using? Once people are using stuff like Alolan Dugtrio or Bastiodon surely they wouldn't be overpowered. Edit: Also why is Rowap berry illegal only if used with harvest? Shouldn't it...

Why are abilities arranged like this now? I thought it might be alphabetical, but frisk is before insomnia in the alphabet.

Maybe it could be coded so that levitate makes the user immune to its Tera type (instead of ground type attacks) and other "ground" mechanics like entry hazards and terrain, and these immunities still get nullified by grounding.

In general, what kinds of gen 5 OU teams should use Skarmory and what kinds should use Ferrothorn?

Is levitate affected by Tera types? It's not mentioned in the OP.
