NDM will not slow down your momentum at all. It slows down your opponents momentum while boosting yours. I would switch gothitelle out especially with the prevalence of dark types cuz calyrex-s is dumb. So yeah, take out gothitelle for Ho-Oh. There's a few more too. But I would 99% run that one.

Yeah...choice band with thunder ain't going to help you. Thunder is a special attack, while choice band boosts normal attack. It's not going to boost anything. Also Chansey walls Kyogre really hard. With Zyg C and Groudon, just use toxic on them with Ho-Oh.
