Does RNG Manipulation count. I've done it for gens 3 (Clefable) and 5 (many). I'll see if I have a Regeralomomola on my Gen 5 Cart the next time I RNG. So basically the RU set from the strategy dex also works in OU. I don't think its in hidden grotto's so Knock Off is only if I have a female regenerator already.

What would be a good Alomomola set in OU. I want to raise one on cartridge and want to make sure I don't have to redo it later.

I use the same set only with Mach Punch over HP Grass. Works pretty well for me.

I personally use U-Turn over Extrasensory but that's just me.

Umm mostly just Fire to my knowledge but if your raising it in-game use Extrasensory or Spikes or wait til ORAS to see if it gets Heat Wave. You have to lower speed for HP Fire anyway. I'm not the most knowledgeable on this subject though.
