I vote for Game Moderator's set. Trapping on a passive Pokemon without any punishment and getting it to +6 which will potentially sweep an entire team doesn't sound half bad an idea.

I still feel like Ice Beam could hit a lot more, in my opinion. But nevertheless, Thunderbolt could take care of Yveltal and Celesteela better so it is a pretty situational change.
