Just to be sure that I understand this: If I'm running and I turn, the turn isn't counted as an advancement, but when I'm walking it is?

Thanks ToastPlusOne and iDeath. One last question. does this also apply to turning? For instance, if I run to end of a room but merely turn around (not taking a step), does the pid RNG also advance by two for the turning? Edit: And does turning and walking stack?

Does the PIDRNG still advance if I walk around in area with wild pokemon (ex. Dragonspiral tower) even if I'm using repels?

IT seems that I've found the root of my problems. It seems that my calls actually start at the third response and skip the first and second. Does this affect my frame in any way?

Probably you don't understand. I put in the calls I got, but the seed that comes out has completely different calls. Is that still due to the second?

I have a question. While trying to hit my delay, I was consistently off. I used the search elm function to see which seed I hit, but the ones that pop up don't correspond with the elm calls I get. Am I doing something wrong? I mean, I got a set of different call, and when I used the search elm...

How would I get around this then? Would there be any way to check the seed? Much less, advance the frame? (I'm not so worried about the seed since I figure I can hit my delay pretty easily) the frame is the only issue.

How does one go about abusing for one of the starter pokemon?
