Hmm anyone thought of Venusaur? Spore/Growth/Seed Flare Not much change though. Other than A perfectly accurate Sleep Move over Sleep Powder, and a better STAB over Solarbeam (which cant function outside of Sun) and Giga Drain (More Power and SDef weakening over Recovery). But ehh.
