Tbh I would try and take the breeding further. You want as much speed as possible and 15 attacks is by no means outstanding. The second one is solid, so you should be able to produce offspring similar and get higher speed.

I use the same as above, except for SPatt adn SPdef. The old chateau in Eterna Forest has gastlys only (sometimes haunters as well i think) which give SPatt EVs. For SPdef I surf in a patch of water in pastoria, where you mostly find tentacools.

Mew is uber. I would maybe use a sashed tyranitar. It sounds stupid, but it can work extremely well.
