Yeah I do value it as a dedicated turn 1 t-waver lead that can't be Don-blocked like Zap and Jolt. Obviously has it's issues. Has problems with 4 move slot syndrome and lacks the sheer destructive elements of the aforementioned (*Jolt if crits and pin-missile accuracy play ball). In other cases...
