While Moltres can use Defog, it has 4x weakness to SR, so it's not a very good Defogger. In addition, Moltres needs to be specially bulky to function well as a wall. I suggest going through the trouble of obtaining a Zapdos, as it is really the best in its role.

Hey! About the Zapdos replacement. I thought I'd PM you so I don't spam your RMT. Replacing Zapdos can be hard, as no Pokemon can fulfill all of Zapdos' roles. Zapdos has a unique niche in that it can Defog reliably, while also being a solid physical wall. The Pokemon that comes closest in fulfilling Zapdos' role is Rotom-W, main problem is Rotom can't remove hazards.
