The problem is moreso that with this clause you’re adding a lose condition that functionally doesn’t change anything, so why even add it in the first place. In fact, I’d argue you actually make the metagame less accurate by adding this lose condition because it’s not exactly like struggle did...

This has been explained to me on discord and I apologize for the wrong information. Regardless, lose conditions are something that should be avoided unless they are literally built into the format, which is not the case for this one.
