This is a decent team, and the only thing you might want to change is giving Vaporeon Wish. Scald, Toxic and Rest are all good, (Rest with Hydration is almost too good) but you might want to substitute Roar for Wish because of Vaporeon's base 130 HP and the 248 EVs you packed on him. Wish is...
