just saying, the SR set you listed is more often played as a defensive pivot, with max HP, a lot of def EVs, and some speed creep.

imo EQ should be alone on the first set, Gliscor's helpless against almost any Steel or Poison type without it, and Ice Fang is laughably weak.

and assault vest regular blastoise really has no way to get past spinblockers without using status moves, leftovers would be better. (but you still probably should be using tentacruel)
