What are competitive players going to do without the ability to RNG eggs? Will there ever be a way to RNG eggs in the future?

What if they were two people were battling and one was about to win down to luck. If you agree with the other player is that considered cheating?

I've never been on the server before? maybe once like last year but i don't remember doing anything banned

I'm really confused on why i keep getting this when i try to go on the smogon server. Someone suggested it may be to do with my username already been taken but i have tried tons of different usernames but no matter what i change it to this still happens? help
