Those calculations don't even include Life Orb which the majority of DDray use. A Jolly +1 Life Orb Earthquake does around a minimum of 97.5% to max Hp/Def Bold Dialga. SR down and dialga's gone. Adamant doesn't even need SR down.

whats the difference between RNG advancing and frames when RNGing to get the seed you want? Whenever I see a spread/seed it only shows the frames you need but in the guide it said something about RNG advancing and I didn't understand it at all.

just a small nitpick but your EVs on breloom are wrong. Right now 23 hp evs and 235 atk evs miss out on a new point by one ev so take one ev from hp and put it in attack or vice-versa and than you have the same stat in whatever lost the ev and a higher stat in whichever got the ev

Well in Crystal you did have to catch all the dogs to catch Ho-oh (says serebii) and now we have abilities such as arena trap/shadow tag

@Tucker in the original you could get your versions bird before fighting Clair and breeze through the rest of the game. Since Suicune is stationaty and Eusine is in the game does that mean there's a chance that we have to catch all the dogs before fighting Ho-oh?

I never played crystal and have wondered what if you threw away the Rock Smash TM (still a TM in GSC), In GS you wouldn't be able to get to the dogs but in crystal suicune was part of the story
