When running Life Orb, wouldn't it be better to leave out the Hp evs and sit at 19 Hp? That way you only take 1 LO recoil each time.

Should be noted in set comments that running hp fire means 30 speed ivs. The leftover 4 evs must be thrown into speed (all together equaling 224 into speed) to bump it back to 16. (Assuming Modest Nature)

Spinda is correct: Bulbapedia: "If there is no held item to begin with or if a held item is traded for another, Unburden will not be activated." Serebii: "Speed is doubled once the held item is consumed." Choice Scarf lead using trick would just allow them to out-speed and KO your lead...
