I'm not sure if this belongs here, but quick question: can a male Pokemon with DW-exclusive moves pass on the moves through breeding once in game?

Question: Can a max HP/SpDef Scrafty (+SpDef nature) take a hit from a max SpAtk Hydreigon's Focus Blast? The match-up seems like it could go either way, especially is Scrafty has a Bulk Up/DD or two up first.

How does Milotic fare against the likes of, say, Hydreigon? I'm sure she could take a hit (sans maybe Draco Meter), but I doubt that Ice Beam has enough power to reliably take it out unless SpAtk EVs are invested, which would hamper its bulk. If possible, can anyone get some stats?

Could Starmie be viable on a team with Reuniclus? They serve very different roles on a team, but two Psychic types seems crippling counter-wise. It'd be a shame if they weren't compatible, considering they can actually compliment each other pretty well in some scenarios.

Could Defense or HP EVs be a viable option over Speed in some cases? Extra bulk and survivability is important to Mamoswine, and aside from Chandelure, I'm not sure of any poke off the top of my head that it'd need/be able to outspeed. Priority Ice Shard also helps. Also, Stealth Rock doesn't...
