    Question for the VGC side of things, I guess. Upper Hand, specifically. As it currently stands on Showdown, it appears that Upper Hand doesn't work on things like Prankster Tailwind from the other side. I'm not sure if that's because it isn't an attacking move, or if perhaps it wasn't activated...
