aquaranid is very slow, and ribombee has stun spore to paralyze most mons, plus stab moonblast hits korai for a ko which makes it risky to send it out vs a bee. Bee's just more reliable in this tier.

It's that it 1v1s miraidon; rather in the tier dominated by ekiller and calyex-shadow its resistance to espeed and psyshock, as well as neutral damage from dragon moves makes it a more effective special attacker than mirai.
