As long as it has legit stats, has right ability and place of origin (hatched from egg, ect) then it is fine.

As far as I know yes, although if you bring a therian form landorus to the abundant shrine in BW2 you can also get the item. So without dream radar or therian for landorus you can not get it.

The reveal glass is not a held item, it is a key item so it can not be given to pokemon. You have to get dream radar to get it.
