Shinies in this game are actually just normal pokemon corrupted by DIALGAS's power. Was the Kyogre set to be shiny? If so, why didn't the developer try to fix it, or at least try to cover it up by making the Kyogre not be a forced shiny? Also, this may be a little late, but is Conarp catchable...
