The entire point of this is HAVING to bring an Espeon or something in order to counter SwagPlay. This surely proves that at the very least, Swagger should be banned.

If I remember correctly, there are only a few ways to completely shut down a confusion user, the only who that I can think of on the spot being Magic Guard. However, I don't want to see all the Prankster users banned. So let's just ban Swagger, and if this problem persists, also ban Flatter...
