It wasn't banned in 4th gen. Seeing as how its completely the same, I doubt it would be banned now.

Not to mention, it would be pretty weird to hype up a move, only to have it end up as Rapid Spin which would do pathetic damage but would also be useless on top of that since there were no entry hazards to spin away in the first place.

Oh snap, yeah I screwed up on the math, but hey, I gave a disclaimer at the beginning saying I wasnt good with it. Yeah I overanalyzed way too early in the game; part of my living in constant fear that people would overpredict as much as I would while im being too lax early on.
