I don't think Bullet Punch and Extreme Speed together is necessary for Lucario because you will be walled and KOed back by Aegislash so I think Crunch over Bullet Punch is a better option. In my opinion, the first set will work much better with Jolly than Adamant as it can out speed adamant Lucario and tier with base 100. As a sweeper, speed is really important and sometimes with a bit different in speed can cost you the whole game.

I think Assult Vest Goodra is the most effective set at this moment before Recover is confirmed. Modest Nature with a bit of Evs in SATK and give the rest of its EVs to Speed (not necessary but with gooey it seems necessary for a few points to pass some particular base stats), Sdef, HP, and...

Assault Vest Goodra with 0 Evs investment in Sdef can tank a full blow Draco Meteor from Specs Latios and kill back with its own draco meteor (modest nature on goodra). So I don't think Goodra hits like a schoolgirl with Assault Vest.

Mence can't take many Shadow Ball and Dark moves like Hydragon does though. Also Mence is physical while hydreigon is Special

If goodra is confirmed to have recover, he will be set for life in OU. I really like the Assault Vest set, Goodra can be offensive and defensive at the same time and with that insanely wide movepool, Goodra is nothing to be laughed at.

Metagross has always been one of my most favorite pokemon, but I have to admit that it is somewhat useless in OU this gen. Seeing a LO gengar can OHKO Metagross is really painful :(

I can guarantee that Pangoro base speed stat isn't 70. I have a 252 Evs Spd Adamant Pangoro at level 41 and it only has 83 Speed. While Adamant Magneton with 70 base speed stat with 252 Evs Spd has 88 Speed (0 IVs) at level 41

I can confirm that 100% Pangoro base speed isn't 70 because I got a pangoro level 33 with 252 Evs Spd only has 68 speed, while base 70 speed at level 33 with 252 Evs has the lowest speed (0 IV) is 71
