Last Christmas, before I IV bred etc, I chained a shiny Buizel at a chain of 8. It's quiet, but Floatzel's base SpA isn't awful, and the IVs are something like 31/x/19/22/err../13 Is it worth trading? As a TR special floatzel or something :S?
