scizor comes in easy on weaville or gengar and most of them will sd on the switch you also lack a special wall calm zapdos or rotom-h could be your special wall and scizor counter

i think you ment explosion over dragon pulse and levitate on cress you might have trouble with heatran as 5 of your pokes are weak to fire/ground and cress wont enjoy repeated fire blasts either other then that this looks pretty solid
