    try this arceus.....doesn't get ohkoed by +2 extremespeed even after stealth rocks and ohkoes at +0 in reply after rocks Arceus @ fist plate Modest nature 252spatk,124hp,128spd With your moveset.I prefer ice beam instead of dark pulse though.outspeeds all base 90s.
