Rapid Spin and Focus Sash don't make very much sense in a set together. If it is going to spin, it has to switch in on entry hazards, ruining its sash. I feel like the moves should be:
-Ice Beam
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin/Mirror Coat
-Hydro Pump
I think you could save in front of a shaking tree and reset until you catch a Burmy. Then check if it has the Mach Brace. That seems like the best option.
Phalanx, that would really depend on the rest of the team. I would guess that camerupt would be a better recipient since it doesn't share a dark weakness with Hypno, but depending on the rest of the team two dark weakness might not be a huge deal.
Tyranitar is fairly bulky. It could use Leftovers instead of Choice Band. If you don't like that idea, you could use Life Orb. If you really like having all of these Choice item users, consider replacing Porygon-Z with Starmie wtih Rapid Spin.
It looks like you have too many choice items on your team. Without a spinner, you'll be getting tons of damage from entry hazards since you'll have to switch a ton with so many pokemon that can't switch attacks.
Octillery could use an adamant or Jolly nature. Girafarig would be better suited as timid or modest. Hitmonchan doesn't want a -Def nature. Generally, I'd look for good natures and abilities before considering the IV's
