    Please Help Okay i have been breeding for sp.Atk IV's for the past 3 days with my horseas, I've been trying to get 31, i've bread around 100 and 45% of thm have been 30iv's for Sp.Atk. I changed the parents so it wouldnt carry over nd it keeps doing it. any ideas why?:pirate:

    I'm not looking to cheat i'm trying to breed some good iv's on my pokemon and Ditto in that case is my man. So i heard there was a perfect one goin around and i was lookin to get that or make my own but i'm struggling with rng (see post above)
