is there a general rule of thumb when it comes to building hyper offense? What pokemon do I need to check when building hyper offense? Are there any pokemon that are good in hyper offense?

honestly I don't really have problems with anything bar Hydreigon, Rain and good semi-TR, I have also tried Sub on Aegislash on a few battles and Wide Guard was just overall better, will reconsider it though! Same goes for Sleep Powder.
