    I don't think a complete list of such routes exist; you just have to look around yourself and see if NPCs are moving in a set pattern or randomly, or if there are any NPCs or not. I'm currently working on a list but it might be awhile before I finish it.

    You don't have to if you are walking in an area with no Wild Pokemon (like not in the grass or water). Basically you just don't want to encounter anything until you finish your steps.

    Did you read the first post of this thread? If your starting Frame is 1, and you want Frame 1 then you don't need to advance it. And you also need to specify which frame you are advancing: IV or PIDRNG? (but it's all in the first post of this thread).

    If you walk another 10 steps you risk advancing your IV frame by another 4. So it's best if you walk exactly 128 steps. However, in most cases if you go over a few it won't hurt, but it's better to be exact.
