Which would the typical Smogon one be?
you can use http://www.mibbit.com/ to get onto irc, but I personally prefer mIRC as a chat client. And yeah it's an instant messenger / chat room type of deal.
Yep. Give me like 15 mins though. I actually just got off work. So I have to run home and download IRC? I know it's an instant messenger of a sort. But outside of that I'm ignorant.
