Was playing Random Doubles Battle when my Heliolisk suddenly got Thunder in its moveset twice

In gen 3, Chimecho got knocked out by Pursuit, but it still looked selectable. When I tried, I got a message saying I can't send in fainted pokemon and the battle ended normally when I lost. It's not a big deal but since it's a bug I decided to report it.
