Thanks! This works flawlessly on my machine. Now I can finally move Pokemon up from my silver version cartridge.

I have windows 7 and disabled my security settings and it still won't open for some reason. Thank you for not abandoning this project. It is difficult to find time between work and other things.

I downloaded the 64bit version and I have Java 8. But the program will not open.
