I'm not very good at competitive battling, however other alternatives to ice beam on kingdra and hp ice on zapdos should be considered. The ban of salamence into uber justifies this imo.

If you can always obtain a spider web trap, and a sleep with smeargle, then it might be a viable option to have an encore>baton pass>trick choice scarf/band/etc combo.

@Sprocket: Use a Lanturn, but it can only know 2 attacking moves at any one time. (Surf and waterfall count as attacking moves!)

Just a nitpick: the walrein's nature says Jolly which is +Speed -SPA(which would be quite pointless when you are lowering it with curse). Were you looking for Careful? Also, why use flygon instead of one of the many variations of salamence? Apart from when it is used as a scout, salamence...
