you're gonna need to hear me out here :kleavor: -> C- despite him being an RU pokemon i've had a fair amount of success using Kleavor in hazard stacking teams. ordinarily he's almost always outclassed by Scizor, but stone axe gives Kleavor a bit of an edge over Scizor. he's still quite fragile...
