    IVs: 31 / 9 / 31 / 30 / 31 / 31(HP Electric 68)
    EVs: UT
    The timid HP ice Raikou = MattJ's Raikou, which if you look around here in threads, is free.

    As for the Suicune: Will Bold HP electric 68 do?
