So after playing in a few tourneys i found Minior to be extremely helpful, being able to absorb status and being tanky enough to utilize reflect, it can be extremely good of a wallbreaker. Reflect allows it to soak attacks from mons like Pidgeot and Medicham while it activates Shields down...

Facade feels unneeded and borderline useless for swellow in this set, as a specs boomburst would do MUCH more, even against specially defensive mons such as sylveon, and wouldn't even ohko nihilego without a burn boost. I'd say just stick with the basic specs set or use the flame orb facade set...

Shaymin makes a decent all arounder, but it can be easily replaced with comfey or even tropius. This set can be easily walled with only seed flare. Arceus, as much as i personally hate it, can pull off the same tactic with a hard hitting judgement or swords dance E speed.

Pokemon with the letter S infront of their name are able to become godly hazard setters and phazers. here's my Skarmory that wins many matches for me, replay coming soon. also, acupressure can be insanely overpowered if it traps a setup mon.
