Sovereign, I agree with everything except the Latios comment. All Latios's run 252, sp attack, 252 speed. It's just standard. And I'd only run recover if I was using Latias, my Latios is all about offense. As for forry, I bet he loves to switch into a choice specs Kyogre or a Deoxys-A.

Yeah but it hits Arceus, ho oh, and Palkia harder than any of Mewtwo's other attacks. Not to mention the occasional Chomp seen in ubers as well as Rayquaza. And grass knot only covers Kyogre and Groudon. Once they're gone it is useless. But for that reason it's a good move to have.

Yeah, Dragon claw works much better. However, without defensive EVs, chomp says hi to Tyranitar. You don't always have to go with standard sets. They are the best recommendation, but then Tyranitar gets easily KOd, and let's face it, what lead does Tyranitar outspeed?
