Just a note, that you should run 36 EVs in Defence and Special Defence. This way each stat gains one point, as 76 changes nothing.

The problem with Murkrow, is that by the time you find out what set it has, it's already pulled it off effectively, and you're now in a bad disposition. Yes, Gligar can beat most Murkrow, but if Murkrow gets off a Taunt it still wins, Gligar can't set up, or roost, whereas Murkrow can Roost...

It also means that it's able to set up without the opponent having to set up, and seeing as its moves are all special it means that copying Bulk Ups isn't relatively pointless.

Aerial Ace does have the use of being able to hit 100% of the time before a Claw Sharpen, which might be necessary since even if it does get a Claw Sharpen in, it does only have 15 speed, which really isn't particularly great, still good just not great, so it may be better to just go for the...
