I would recommend since you have 5 offensive and 3 physical attackers to change conkeldurrs ability to guts so you don't fear a WoW on all three of them and the sheer force only boosts ice punch. Aside from that a nice team you got!

I really like your team. One thing I've learned is I've ran a mega ampharos for a while and it seemed to get picked off quick and once you mega the speed drop really hurts the volt switching. I think latias would be a good switch, and losing the tbolt won't hurt your team too much considering...

The only thing that I can say aside from that I think you're team is well put together is be cautious of the entry hazards. Im fairly new to competitive myself, but I just wanted to give you a little feed back. Mega Gyarados doesn't seem to be too much of a problem for your team either btw.
