Don't drop Explosion. You can still kill Blissey and Snorlax w/ Explosion, no need for Focus Punch. How often do you see both on a team?

This team needs work to be honest. Half your team is weak to electric as stated above and not much information is stated. On the other hand, Starmie should have Leftovers if it's a spinner. Very basic EV Spreads also. If you need some better EV Spreads, I recommend using Smogon's Strategydex...
