Do you have any replays of the team being effective? It looks a little bit questionable. Why are you using Roaring Moon and Flutter Mane outside of sun? Is Choice Band Zekrom even viable?

Why are base Dialga and Palkia in D Rank? I am surprised that they are that bad.

Maybe there should be a community survey on Zacian-C, Zygarde-C, Yveltal and Ultra Necrozma since those are the 4 pokemon that a lot of players consider broken.

I think Zekrom will get a lot better (probably to B or B+). Kyogre, Waterceus and Ho-oh becoming more common and ting lu and groundceus being less common will make it a good dragon dance sweeper on offensive teams. It still faces heavy competition from koraidon which is why it shouldn't be A tier.
