I had a question about one of the clauses. I thought I remembered seeing an item clause somewhere, meaning that two pokemon couldn't hold the same item on a team. After looking around a bit, I couldn't find it. Is it still around, and I'm just not seeing it? Was it removed? Maybe I was looking...

What exactly is laddering in the PS!? Is it just a ranking system? And if I lose battles there, I'll lose rating, right? What do low rankings do? Any real penalty to losing battles?
