    you dont really have any fire resistance and your only 2x damage on fire wont like to switch into a heavy hit

    you also have 3 weak to an ice/water combo on top of that if they got an HP fight ground or electric that can take out your empoleon, i would see if you can take out one of the flying types. however if you take out the honchkrow you leave yourself more weak to psychic type. and considering that...

    you have two stealth rock users but no rocks? and your butterfree could be walled easily by any steel type, i would also recommend aqua jet on your choice banded Floatzel. i do like the rain though

    relying on toxic spikes isnt that good, its countered by 3 things that really ever team has. levitate or flying, steel type, poison type
