Are you particularly looking for IV bred Pokemon? If so I can breed a Gengar for a Modest Gastly and give it top IVs. Could I have the Contrary Inkay?

I'm not aware of any Iv's but looking at it it probably has some in Attack and Special Attack, possibly Special Defense. Also I have leveled it up to about 30 if that is alright.
