As far as Greninja goes, I would recommend at least considering Hasty or Naive to get the extra damage on U-Turn. It doesn't have much chance to take hits anyways. I feel foregoing Extrasensory could possibly be more beneficial but I can't say for certain. I'm not so sure about Latios either...
