Um... I found something that I think might be a bit, disgusting, to say the least. Honedge, and by extension Doublade, have access to No Guard Hypnosis, and Doublade can also use Dragon Dance to get speed boosts to eventually outspeed whatever it wants. The set of this I've used is as follows...
