Really, you need to keep grass knot, so I'm not sure why it was recommended that you remove it. Grass knot hits swampert, and on a fast poke, can sweep through 90% of common SS poke, not to mention hits other bulky waters such as AApass Vap and Quagsire.

Honestly, I can't see any pure weakness on the team as a whole. I think there might be some stalls better than Gliscor for your team, since you lack either phasing or taunting. I guess as a sweeper maybe, but there are better choices. I might suggest replacing Gliscor with Ferrothorn or...

For Volcarona and a rest set, that's the best coverage you can really hope to get, with 2 good STAB moves. All I can say is that I'd recommend Fiery Dance over Fire Blast, since it can help buff SpAtk.
